This is an amazing historic house, in a beautiful city. It was an absolute privilege to meet one of the the current owners , Johanna, who with her partner obviously relish their time as custodians of a very special place. It is a very old (but well restored) solid timber framed building in a narrow street with wonderful original features. The bed was most comfortable. Johanna, our host, was kindness personified. It is a very welcoming hotel. It is also excellent value. The home-made breakfast of yoghurt, crepes, croissants, bread and preserves was gorgeous. Guests should be mindful that the stairs may be unsuitable for those with mobility issues. Municipal parking is available nearby.

A charming 16th century building with well-appointed rooms that artfully balance with modern comfort and convenience with old-world touches. Host Marlène was extremely warm, welcoming and informative.

Our host Marlène was so helpful and lovely. The whole building was so delightful, including our little wooden door across the window into the light well / stairwell. Although the room is small, it was very carefully and well fitted out to be very comfortable and had everything we needed. The bathroom was quite large with a great shower.

Tastefully decorated and super clean room. Bed was big and comfortable, we slept really well! The standalone bath is an absolute delight, the perfect recharge from the rain. Hostess was a really nice and welcoming lady. Breakfast was traditional French with a well made croissant, proper french bread, yoghurt, cereal, Nutella, fresh Jam and honey, coffee and tea! Delicious! The building has beautifully dated, the style of the building is retained on the inside as well, quite a special experience we truly enjoyed 😊

Amazing old building, beautifully furnished room and very comfortable bed. A bit quirky for some, perhaps, but we thought it an absolute joy. Lovely breakfast too. OK, so you have to park a (very) short distance away but you are close to the heart of the historic quarter as well as some good restaurants. All in all, a veritable jewel!
